When you search for email addresses, credits are immediately consumed for all creators in your search to prevent abuse and ensure fair usage. This system protects against users starting multiple searches without sufficient credits.
IMPORTANT: Credits are consumed immediately when you initiate a search for all creators in your list. This prevents abuse where users could start multiple searches and potentially not have enough credits to pay for successful results.
FAIR POLICY: If we cannot find email addresses for some creators in your search, we automatically refund credits for those unsuccessful searches. You only pay credits for successful email finds, ensuring you get value for your money.
Credits are consumed when:
Credits are automatically refunded for creators where no email addresses could be found. This refund process typically occurs within 24-48 hours after the search is completed.
Service delivery occurs when email addresses are successfully found and provided to you. Credits are only retained for successful email finds. For unsuccessful searches, credits are automatically refunded as described above.
Your final credit charge is calculated based only on successful email finds. Credits consumed for unsuccessful searches are automatically refunded, ensuring you only pay for value received.
Our credit pricing covers computational resources, data processing, service delivery, customer support, and platform maintenance. Fee structures are clearly displayed before any credit purchase.
These Terms and any disputes arising from the use of Enlead shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Split, Croatia. You and we consent to the jurisdiction of such courts for any legal proceedings arising from these Terms or the use of our service.
