All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Credits do not expire and can be used at any time.

5.1 Strict Refund Policy

IMPORTANT: Refunds are strictly prohibited once credits have been used for email finding services. This policy is in place because:

  • We consume significant computational resources to find email addresses
  • Once an email is found and provided, the service has been delivered
  • We cannot “un-find” emails or recover expended resources
  • This prevents abuse where users find emails and then request refunds

Refunds are only possible if: You purchase credits and request a refund immediately without using any credits for email finding services. All refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase and before any credits are consumed.

6. Data Accuracy and Limitations

While we strive to provide accurate email addresses, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy because:

  • Public information may be outdated or changed
  • Email addresses may be inactive, abandoned, or no longer in use
  • Email addresses may bounce or fail to deliver messages
  • Some information may be protected or removed from public sources
  • Email addresses may become invalid over time

12. Dispute Resolution

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes: You must not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue. Filing an unauthorized or fraudulent chargeback may result in immediate account suspension, legal action, and debt collection proceedings.

If disputes cannot be resolved informally, they will be resolved in Croatian courts under Croatian law.

Enlead operates as an email finding service that searches publicly available information to help users find email addresses. We facilitate these searches but are not a party to any email communications or marketing activities conducted by users.

14.2 Data Source Limitations

Our service relies on publicly available information that may be:

  • Outdated or no longer accurate
  • Removed from public sources
  • Protected or restricted by third parties
  • Incomplete or insufficient for finding emails

14.3 User Communication Guidelines

All email communications conducted using addresses found through our service should remain professional and comply with applicable laws. Users are encouraged to maintain records of their email marketing activities for compliance purposes.

14.4 Service Management

Users are responsible for managing their own email campaigns, compliance requirements, and business relationships. We provide tools to facilitate email finding, but ultimate responsibility for email marketing success and compliance rests with individual users.

15. Credit System and Payment Protection

15.1 Credit System Operation

All email finding services are processed through our credit-based system. When you search for email addresses, credits are immediately consumed for all creators in your search to prevent abuse and ensure fair usage. This system protects against users starting multiple searches without sufficient credits.

15.1.1 Immediate Credit Consumption

IMPORTANT: Credits are consumed immediately when you initiate a search for all creators in your list. This prevents abuse where users could start multiple searches and potentially not have enough credits to pay for successful results.

15.1.2 Credit Refund for Unsuccessful Searches

FAIR POLICY: If we cannot find email addresses for some creators in your search, we automatically refund credits for those unsuccessful searches. You only pay credits for successful email finds, ensuring you get value for your money.

15.2 Credit Consumption Conditions

Credits are consumed when:

  • You initiate an email search (immediately for all creators)
  • Email addresses are successfully found and provided
  • You export or download results
  • You use premium features

15.2.1 Refund Process

Credits are automatically refunded for creators where no email addresses could be found. This refund process typically occurs within 24-48 hours after the search is completed.

15.3 Service Delivery Confirmation

Service delivery occurs when email addresses are successfully found and provided to you. Credits are only retained for successful email finds. For unsuccessful searches, credits are automatically refunded as described above.

15.3.1 Final Credit Calculation

Your final credit charge is calculated based only on successful email finds. Credits consumed for unsuccessful searches are automatically refunded, ensuring you only pay for value received.

15.4 Platform Fee Structure

Our credit pricing covers computational resources, data processing, service delivery, customer support, and platform maintenance. Fee structures are clearly displayed before any credit purchase.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from the use of Enlead shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Split, Croatia. You and we consent to the jurisdiction of such courts for any legal proceedings arising from these Terms or the use of our service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis. You agree that you may only bring claims against us in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action.
